The contract of integration of graduates

The contract of integration of graduates aims at enabling the beneficiary to acquire professional qualifications alternately between a private enterprise and a public or private institution of training according to the job requirements the enterprise undertakes to grant it to the beneficiary.

This contract is designated for the Tunisian graduate job seekers who have been unemployed for more than three years since their graduation.

The contract of integration of graduates is decided for one year on the basis of specific training programme fixed for that purpose between the hosting enterprise, the trainee and the national agency for employment and self-employment.

The specific training programme can be carried out either within the hosting enterprise or within a public or private institution of training. The national agency for employment and self-employment accepts the financial responsibility for the training cost of the trainees within the limits of 400 hours during the term of the contract.

The national agency for employment and self-employment grants the trainee a monthly allowance of one hundred and fifty dinars.

The agency grants the beneficiary residing outside the governorate of the hosting enterprise a monthly allowance that does not exceed fifty dinars during the term of the contract.

The enterprise must grant an additional monthly allowance of at least one hundred and fifty dinars during the term of the contract.

The enterprise will recruit the beneficiary who has completed the contract of integration of graduates. However, the enterprise which is not complied with these provisions can benefit from a new contract only after the lapse of at least two consecutive years after the end of the last contract it has benefited from.
