In order to urge companies to hire young job seekers, the government sets up numerous measures. They are often in the form of additional training courses preliminary to the hiring, grants of hiring, and exemptions of fringe benefits from the welfare costs and the government’s coverage of part of the salaries paid by enterprises.These measures are operated by the following programs and instruments :

     Promoting youth employment

     The State’s coverage of employer’s social security contributions in conformance with the national insurance contributions during seven years

     The State’s coverage of 50 % of the salary
