The program of the contract of reintegration into working life: recruiting redundant employees who lost their jobs for economic or technical reasons or after the final sudden and illegal closure of the enterprises they had worked for.

 Advantages:

 Government’s coverage for a period of one year, of 50% of the wages paid by private enterprises, which recruit redundant employees who have lost their jobs for economic or technical reasons or after the final sudden and illegal closure of the enterprises they had worked for, within the limits of 200 dinars per month.

 The enterprises concerned by this program will benefit from the government’s coverage of the employers’ contributions to the legal scheme of the Social Security for the salaries paid for the recruits for a period of one year.

 Enterprises concerned:

It can benefit from this measure the private enterprises affiliated to the national social security and having a tax ID with the exception of:

 Enterprises that had closed and suddenly stopped their activities in failure to comply with procedures and texts of the Labour Code.

 Enterprises that have dismissed workers for economic or technical reasons in the 12 months preceding the deposit of the application to benefit from this program. 

 Population concerned:

 A seniority in the last activity carried out before losing the job of at least three consecutive years in the enterprise,

 Having exercised since the loss of the job none of the activity subject to the legal system of the Social Security,

 Registered in one of the offices of employment and self-employment as a jobseeker.

  Procedures of profit:

The enterprises wishing to benefit from this measure have to deposit within the office of employment and self-employment territorially jurisdiction an application attached with the following documents:

 A job offer for the indicated redundant employees,

 A profit application of the contract of reintegration into working life according to the available model in the office of employment and self-employment.

 Legal framework:

 Decree N° 158 of year 2005 dated 26th January 2005 concerning the fixation of the conditions and the procedures of application article 22 of the law N ° 90 of year 2004 dated 31st  December 2004 concerning the finance law of year 2005.
